Acesta este unul dintre motivele pentru care JVC are succes in Romania.
In ciuda multor previziuni negative, solutiile analogice vor continua sa existe pe piata.
8. Ce planuri de viitor are compania dvs in Romania?

1. How do you characterize the security market in Romania?
The Romanian market is a fast growing security market and one of most prosperous in Eastern Europe. Strong price orientation by many projects effects many low cost IP and analogue products to be very much in focus. Quality of electronic components and brand stability are often not the main focus but only price awareness.
However every year we see more and more investments requesting high quality components, strong MTBF and long time reliability. This tendency is positive and all brand manufactures must support this important market direction.
2. Which do you consider to be the main setbacks in the Romanian security market? Can you suggest some solutions?
JVC is a world-wide operating company trying to adapt on current market issue. Understanding many countries would have huge budget problem purchasing Full HD camera on 1.000€ list price level, we try to be flexible producing Premium Class analogue products starting from 125,00 € list price level to above and HD products starting with list price level by 460,00 € list price. With this we try to win the trust of our customer by proving ourselves as very flexible and understanding local market situation. This is one of the reasons why JVC is successful in Romania.
3. What will be in your opinion the medium term market evolution?
Despite of many negative forecasts, analogue solutions will continue to exist on the market.
We see different trends by analogue manufactures with more intelligence and higher performances. In parallel, new HD products are of course main market trends currently.
For medium term market trend we do not see analogue bellow 50% but rather on quite stabile 55-60% level in Europe.
4. Which global trends do you consider to have the biggest impact on Romanian market?
Definitely, the financial crisis has the biggest impact with very negative effect on the market by increasing low quality components CCTV equipment.
Also, in this difficult time we must continue explaining what is MTBF base electronic and equipment and why reliability and quality are so important in CCTV that secures human life, their assets and so on.
5. How do you characterize the competition in Romania?
In Europe there is no such thing as a “European Security CCTV Council” to control the behavior of CCTV manufactures, but open market. Unfortunately, not all manufacture keep true to what they write in their catalogues as there is nothing to eliminate them when using a bit more “fantasy” in making product catalogue. So, among 80% of competition we consider fair and trustful but, unfortunately, we see a lot of unserious manufactures with “one board” electronic and “fantasy catalogues” who negatively affect market. Unfortunately, like all around Europe, we also see them performing in Romanian Market.
6. How important is security in your company?
JVC Kenwood Holding is origin manufactor of Premium CCTV equipment. Following to this, CCTV is the company’s top priority.
7. Your company is a successful one all around the world. How do you appreciate your success in Romania as compared to other countries and what was the recipe for success?
JVC is very much accepted and requested in Romania and we appreciate this very much. JVC is known as reliable and long time working equipment. We try to expand this idea using one of the market highest MTBF values for electronic components and to keep this trust of Romanian investors in JVC.
8. What plans does your company have in Romania?
JVC will present in October two new line up’s in Romania
– Superlolux 2 – new analogue line up
– Superlolux HD – new full hd line up
For this reason we target 60% of sales increase in Romania market comparing to previous.
